Principles

What we commit to.

Seven commitments you can hold us to. They apply to every engagement and are written down here so that you can take us at our word.

  1. One fixed point of contact

    The person you speak to in the first conver­sation stays with you until the end. If we need additional expertise, we bring it in openly and only in agreement with you.

  2. Costs you know in advance

    Before every step you receive a written proposal with scope, effort and price. Without your approval, no costs arise.

  3. An honest assessment

    We tell you openly whether and how we can help. If another partner suits your project better, we say so too.

  4. Confidentiality, in writing if you wish

    If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before our first meeting.

  5. Openness about recommendations

    Should we earn from a recom­mend­ation, for example through a part­nership with a software vendor, we disclose it beforehand.

  6. Sparing with your data

    This website runs without analytics, advert­ising cookies or third-party services, on servers in Nuremberg. What we do process is set out in the privacy policy.

  7. Questions are welcome

    You may put each of the twelve questions that reveal a good consultant to us as well.
